Return & Refund Policy
At Monday’s Melody, we want you to love every piece you purchase. We understand that buying online can sometimes be tricky, so we do our best to make returns as smooth as possible.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Please email hello@mondaysmelody.com for assistance before returning if you have any questions.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery confirmation date. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

An exchange (include the desired size and color)
Exchanges are limited to items currently in stock. If we’re unable to fulfill your exchange, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
At this time, we are unable to provide prepaid return labels. You are welcome to use the carrier of your choice. Once shipped, please retain your tracking number — no need to send it to us.
Final Sale Items
Items purchased from the Sale section are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. If sale items are returned to us, we will not issue a refund. Should you want the item(s) shipped back to you, a shipping invoice will be sent before we return the package.
Processing Time
Returns are not processed daily. Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive your item for your return to be processed and confirmed via email. Please remember it will take additional days for your bank to process and reflect the refund.
If you requested an exchange but received a refund, it means the requested item was no longer available.
